Our qualified drivers always goes the extra mile to come in and collect you if you are inside a shopping centre handful of shopping bags / Medical Centre awaiting return trip after a procedure / if you need a hand in getting in and out of the car / in situations where you are confused as regards to where to find the car.

Safe Drop offs
The attention to detail followed at the time of pickup will be continued upon arriving at the drop off destination. Our drivers will be happy to walk you into the destination and carry any luggage that you may have, and not just a mere street/kerbside drop off. We believe our responsibility is not just limited to the time you are inside the car, but is complete when the purpose of the trip is accomplished.

Driver Profiles
When you’re matched with a driver, you’ll see their name, license plate number, photo, and rating—so you know who’s picking you up ahead of time. And even after the trip, you’re able to contact your driver if you left something behind.

On occasions you may find yourself matching a good rapport with our friendly driver, we can send the same driver to you moving forward, if that helps you in having the comfort when you access the community.
